STAGE 2 STRUCTURALLY COMPLETE AND WEATHER SEALED (stage 1 plus the following below) Fuel Tanks GRP Fuel Tanks assembled with baffles bonded in and pressure tested with fillers, balance and return lines. (Standard feed line to come off balance line). Size as required to a maximum of 150 gals. Rudder Standard stainless steel rudder with GRP tube bonded in with webs and steering shelf with standard GRP access hatch above. Deck Comprising of 15mm marine ply (18mm on Evo 38), GRP flush deck hatch for engine access (Evo 33), standard engine box on Evo 38, deck covered in GRP with sand grit coloured finish, engine vents fitted and bonded with closures supplied loose cut, 2 aft scuppers and 2 forward scuppers. Forward Cabin Access to fore-peak through console bulkhead, 2 x single "V "berths, access to helm console through console bulkhead and crash bulkhead bonded with access cut. Main cabin Aft wheelhouse bulkhead in 15mm marine ply bonded over with gel paint finish. Door opening cut in standard position to starboard, console and dashboard bonded in, access to stowage under wheelhouse via GRP hatch. Cabin floor bonded with resin finish. Engine Space Blanked off keel with sump for drainage, flush deck hatch (Evo 33), or engine box (Evo 38). Evolution 38 can have flush deck hatch at extra cost. Please click here to view stage 3 |
